Overnight Guest Room Policies
Although appropriate casual attire is permitted as well, Members and guests are expected to dress in a manner respectful of the membership of the Club. No Blue Denim clothing is allowed in any of the dining rooms or Sports House. The following are not permitted in the lobby: bare feet, bathing suits, tank tops, however, blue denim is allowed in the Main Clubhouse lobby and hallways.
All electronic devices are to be placed on silent mode upon entry to the Club’s facilities. Portable communication devices may not be used for talking except in the following locations: Locker Rooms, Birchwood House, Hotel Rooms, Bathroom facilities and automobiles. Talking in these areas must be done quietly so as to not disturb your follow Members’ enjoyment of our Club.
Reciprocal Members are required to send a Letter of Introduction stating the visiting dates prior to arrival. Letters should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check-in upon arrival at the Front Desk for your Guest Card. Please keep your guest card with you at all times while in the Clubhouse and Beach Club Facility.
Complimentary Amenities Include:
- Use of Fitness Center, Indoor Pool and Whirlpool, Steam and Sauna, Locker Rooms, access to our Sports House dining facilities and bars. The Club’s Sports House dining facilities and bars are closed on Mondays except for the observed holidays, when those facilities will be closed on Tuesdays.
Daily Fees and Restrictions Apply for the Following Amenities:
- Golf Courses and Driving Range: Tuesdays through Thursdays only and based on Director of Golf approval.
- Racquets Facilities including Tennis, Paddle and Squash reservations are required.
- Beach Club Access: When visiting the Beach Club, a guest fee will be applied. Access to the Beach Club may be restricted during major events. Swimsuits and beach clothing are not permitted in the lobby of the Hotel. Lockers and showers are available at the Beach Club for you to change in and out of beach clothing and swimsuits.
